please read before commissioning me!!
Profile Picture Usage
You may use art I've made for you as your profile picture anywhere you'd like.
This applies only to commissions made for you that belong to you —
do not use commissions made for other people as your profile picture without asking them first.
Credit is appreciated but not required!
This also applies to profile decoration of any kind, like discord banners.
Turnaround Time
Commissions can take anywhere from the same day up to 2 months, depending on my schedule and the complexity of what you order. Please be aware that I have a diagnosed physical disability that sporadically affects my health and ability to work. This will not be a problem most clients will ever encounter, but I ask that you please keep this possibility in mind before commissioning me. Thank you for your understanding!! 💙
Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of this service, I generally do not offer refunds. However, if I have exceeded 2 months without providing you with work-in-progresses and/or status updates, you are free to request a cancellation. Refunds may be partial if significant progress has already been made — any and all existing completed work will be sent to you prior to any refund being issued.
Commission Queue
All commissions will be added to my public queue on this site. You can view the queue here to see what is in progress, what is not yet started, and where you are in line.
Commercial Usage
Commercial usage of my art is generally not permitted. However, I am okay with you using my art to manufacture keychains or pins for your own personal use. If you intend to use my art to sell manufactured products, you must contact me directly and receive my explicit consent before sending payment for your commission.
Posting & Portfolio
Your commission may be added to my portfolio or shared on my social media, as I enjoy posting my work for my audience. If this is something you would not be comfortable with, please let me know directly when commissioning me.
Reference Sheets
You are required to provide me with a reference sheet when commissioning me for artwork. As custom designs are their own purchasable commission type, if completing your commission requires me to create a design from scratch, it will be treated as a custom design commission and charged accordingly. You are free to use online bases to create a reference sheet if you'd like to avoid this — and I'm happy to help you find resources for that if needed! Just ask. 😊
